During my more than 20-year career in financial leadership poitions, currently as CFO der Eraneos Group and previously as CFO of Sunrise Communications AG, a formerly SIX listed company with annual revenues of CHF 1.9 billion and a market cap of CHF 5.0 billion, I have gained a broad range of expertise in Controlling, Accounting, Tax, Treasury, M&A, Financings, Capital Markets and Investor Relations. I experienced the complete life cycle of the company from being a private entity, then subsidiary of a European Group, followed by a private equity buy-out and the subsequent IPO. After 5+ years as a listed entity the company was acquired through a public offer giving its shareholders a 90% return on the initial IPO price.

I offer extensive expertise in controlling and accounting processes, cooperation with auditors, tax authorities, and banks. I had leading roles in M&A as well as capital market transactions, including IPO and was actively involved in corporate governance and ESG discussions on board level and with capital market stakeholders.
